Choose a route by the kind of information needed:
- For a released Phelps County inmate or local release record, start with the home search and records guide, then submit a narrow request to the Sheriff’s Department when an official record is needed.
- For active parole, probation, or conditional-release supervision, use Post-Release Supervision and contact the assigned office. District 11–Rolla does not keep the county jail release log.
- For recent local departures, review 24-Hour Releases. Phelps County does not publish a 24-hour feed, so that page explains the request and notification fallback.
- For a sentence-date question or alert, use Release Date Lookup and VINE Inmate Check. Missouri now handles DOC notifications separately through the Office of Victim Services.
