Terms Entered in a Search Tool
When a visitor enters a name, location, or similar term in a search box, the query is sent to the third-party company operating that tool. Phelps County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy terms govern its handling of the query.

- receive a copy of personal data held by the site;
- correct inaccurate personal information;

These choices concern data controlled by this private site. Requests for a Missouri government record, including a correction or closure issue under Missouri Sunshine Law, Chapter 610, must go to the public office that maintains that record.
